OFF ROAD MOBILE BATCHING PLANT

Carmix 3500TC is a newly introduced model in the range of time-proven mobile concrete plants. The eye catching design on this model is driven by usability and feedback from our customers. 3500TC is packed with latest technology and has an output of 4 yd3 per batch (around 3 batches per hour).

Large LCD screen allows the operator to track main parameters of mixed concrete in real time and make adjustments accordingly. Advanced weighting system is able to store data about every batch of concrete produced, which will facilitate control over material usage.

MIXING UNIT

Drum capacity 1281 gal. Concrete drum output: 4.58yd3. EN 206-1 IN SLUMP S1 Class, yield not vibrated. Double mixing screws, cover for emergency unloading. Drum rotation by hydraulic motor and planetary reducers. Mixing and discharging speed indipendent from r.p.m. of diesel engine. Discharging by reversing drum. The mixing unit is slewing
hydraulically through 270° for high discharge over 6.56 ft on the four sides of the vehicle.

ENGINE

Perkins 1104 D-44 TA Turbo-Diesel, watercooled, 4 cylinders. Rated power KW 83 (111 HP) set at 2.300 rpm. Engine mounted transversal on the rear.

TRANSMISSION

Hydrostatic Bosch Rexroth. Pump and motor are connected to the differentials through a 2 speed reducer (working and transfer). 4 wheel drive and steering.

AXLES

Dana Spicer with oil bath disc brakes and planetary reducers.

CHUTE

Slewing and hydraulically tilting. Fitted with two pins easily detachable to increase the discharge height.

WATER SYSTEM

Self-contained. Hydraulic driven water pump, water meter, washing outlet. High pressure water pump.

GRADIENT

Fully loaded 30%.

BRAKES

Oil bath disc brakes inside differential axles. Twin indipendent circuits. Negative hydraulic parking brake.

WHAT MAKES CARMIX THE BEST OFF-ROAD MOBILE BATCHING PLANT?

Carmix 3500TC is a modern self-loading concrete mixer with innovative technology on board. This model meets all the needs of construction companies in the concrete production process. It also features a number of innovative technological solutions, in addition to an externally visible streamlined cab design.

Carmix 3500TC has a concrete yield of 3 cubic yards in a 15-minute mixing cycle, same as its predecessor Carmix 3.5TT.

Fuel consumption is up to 2.5 gallons per hour, during which it can produce up to 4 batches and produce up to 12 cubic yards.

New generation model features the “Concrete Mate” weighing system, where data is transmitted from strain gauges installed underneath the mixing drum. The system enables the concrete mix recipe to be precisely adhered to, which will reduce the time required to load aggregates many times over.

The self-loading concrete mixer can easily drive off-road and, thanks to its all-terrain wheels, descend gradients of up to 30 degrees. Special-purpose machinery can also get as close as possible to a hard-to-reach pouring area with three travel modes: synchronous, asynchronous and crabbing.

All functions for aggregates, moving, mixing and discharging are controlled by a single operator directly from the Carmix cabin.

The optional ProMix system, which controls all parameters such as shrinkage, flow, temperature, moisture, volume, drum speed, pressure and density of the ready mix, can also be fitted to the mixer.
